Responsible Gambling (Responsible Play)
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. If it stops being fun, take action early.
Practical ways to stay in control
- Set a budget you can afford to lose (and leave bank cards at home where possible).
- Set a time limit; use alarms and take regular breaks.
- Avoid chasing losses and avoid increasing stakes to “win it back”.
- Don’t gamble when upset, stressed, tired, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- Balance gambling with other activities; keep gambling separate from bill money.
Take a break, self-exclude, or close your account
You can request a break (cooling-off), self-exclusion, or account closure by contacting us at contact@aussieluckyreels.com or calling +61 2 8015 4729. Tell us the duration you want (if applicable). We may ask for information to verify your identity before applying the request.
For extra support, consider blocking tools for devices/browsers and limiting access to payment methods.
Warning signs
- Spending more time/money than planned, or hiding gambling from others.
- Borrowing money, missing bills, or selling items to gamble.
- Gambling to escape anxiety/depression, or feeling irritable when not gambling.
If any of the above apply, seek support as soon as possible.
