Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.

2) Social casino only; no real-money gambling

• The Service is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.
• No prizes, winnings, or rewards of real-world value are offered.

3) Virtual Coins & Virtual Goods

• Virtual coins/credits/tokens and virtual items are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money or anything of real-world value.
• You may not sell, trade, transfer, gift, or otherwise exchange virtual coins/items outside the Service.
• We may modify, suspend, or remove virtual coins/items and related balances to operate the Service, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

4) Purchases

• Some virtual goods may be purchased with real money through an app store or payment provider. Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown at purchase.
• Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Store/provider terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

5) Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or violate any rights (privacy, IP, etc.).
• Do not use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

6) Intellectual Property

The Service, software, graphics, logos, and content are owned by or licensed to Aussie Lucky Reels Pty Ltd and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and associated virtual balances) if we believe you breached these Terms, to protect users, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
